Delivery Information

About our couriers

Our chosen courier is DPD, who have an exceptional, consistently high success rate for our deliveries ensuring that problems are very rare. As a result of this, we have great deal of faith in their ability to ensure that our customers' orders arrive on time and in excellent condition.

DPD's award-winning service 'Predict' provides a one hour delivery window, notified in advance, so that you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel(s). DPD's Total Zero initiative means they are the first carbon neutral express carrier, at no extra cost to you. DPD also provide the best customer service - they have been judged to be one of the Top 50 Call Centres in the UK, for three consecutive years.

Our delivery options

We offer a range of delivery options:

  • DPD Next Day (Standard Delivery)
    We will always endeavour to despatch your order the same day, providing we receive your order by 4.30pm and our security checks are satisfactory. Any orders received after 4.30pm will be despatched the following working day. Orders sent by this route typically take one working day to arrive.
  • DPD Saturday Next Day
    For those who would like their order delivered on Saturday, we offer a Saturday delivery service, providing you place your order before 4pm on Friday.
  • Royal Mail
    Available for smaller and lower value items, this is a non-tracked service with no insurance. If you wish to have your items tracked and insured, please choose our DPD 24-hour insured Delivery Service with text and email notification instead.
  • Timed Deliveries
    If time is of the essence, you may like to select one of our "time of day" options which includes DPD 10:00AM, and DPD 12:00PM. These options are available under the 'High Priority Delivery' option for guaranteed next working day delivery.

Delivery charges

Our delivery charges are as follows*:

  • Mainland UK
    Our DPD Next Day Standard delivery charge applies to parcels with a delivery address in mainland UK.

    Online carriage from £6.95+VAT
    Telephone orders from £6.95+VAT

    Certain items may attract an additional carriage charge which will be automatically calculated at checkout.

    For parcels that are not being delivered in mainland UK, an additional charge will be applied.

    Customers inside the London Congestion Zone will be charged £0.50 extra on all courier delivery options to cover the congestion charge.

    Unfortunately once an order has been confirmed at the end of the checkout stage no amendments to the carriage price or type can be made.

    We endeavour to despatch all orders received before 4.30pm on the same day. On our Standard service, these orders will almost always be delivered next working day by our couriers; however, next working day delivery is not guaranteed.

    If you require guaranteed next working day delivery on your order, then our High Priority service is available for an additional charge.

  • Northern Ireland
    Deliveries to Northern Ireland are charged a base cost of £11.95

  • Republic of Ireland
    Deliveries to Eire are charged at £26.95 for up to 5 kg. For parcels weighing above 5 kg, there is an additional charge of £2.30 per kg.

  • Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands
    Deliveries to an offshore island will incur a surcharge on the Standard or High Priority Services, as indicated below:

    Isle of Man: £5.00
    Isles of Scilly: £5.00
    Scottish Islands: £10.00
    Channel Islands: £5.00
    Isle of Wight: £5.00

Receiving your order

The DPD driver must get a signature before he can go, so please check the packaging and contents carefully first. If any of your parcels are missing or damaged please specify this on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. Once you have done this please call one of our Customer Service Advisors on 0161 248 1616 and inform them. They will then arrange for a return and replacement to be sent. Please keep any boxes that the products are supplied in for two weeks following delivery in case you need to return the product.

If you have any problems with your delivery or goods you must notify our Customer Services Department within 7 working days of receiving your order.
