This would not fit unfortunately as you need a Sata connection.

Question  are these usable on sata 1 mobo\\'s? by paul

would these kingston ssd be usable on an XFX 780i with no problems. (or are all SSD's backwards compatible)

Answer by stewartz on Sunday, August 7, 2011
As long as you have a spare SATA port on your motherboard and a spare SATA power connector (or a spare MOLEX connector and a SATA-MOLEX adapter) that should be fine.

Question  OS by StuartB

Hey, this looks like a pretty good SSD, I have a question.
Could I use this for the OS (Windows 7) only and use another HDD for all my programs and documents etc?

Answer by daniele on Friday, July 29, 2011
Absolutely - thats exactly the setup I have in my system. OS & Apps on the SSD and media & docs on my HDD. Works a treat!
