Bought this last week for games install... so can't comment on how fast windows loads..
This ssd already had 009 firmware so no need to flash..

Do you actually ship this with the new or the old firmware? for many people the old firmware with its much better writing speed (400mb vs 120mb) might be a better choice?? Its a very difference, I'm shocked.

It's compatible with anything with a SATA connection
