Question by Chris
Hi will this monitor be able to run an xbox one as they are 1080p.
It will work with an Xbox however it wont run at the native resolution of the monitor.
Fantastic for the price, but where has my A gone? by Mike Aitken
The picture good straight out the box, picture is superb and the low refresh rate compared to 144hz monitors I just can't see any flickering or refresh problems also one reviewer said they had some lag with v-sync, I have had no issues with this or any lag what so ever, maybe the graphics card can make a difference.
A lot is said about how much video memory you need on QHD screen, I have 2 x R9 270x with 2gb of memory, I can run Crysis 3 at very high settings with 4x AA, Metro Last Light Redux at highest settings and no issues with video memory stuttering.
Considering some 27" 2560x1440 144hz gaming monitors can cost £600 this is a bargain.
Upgrade by Railman
Hi, will this monitor be ok with my i7 3770 and a GTX 760 for now? (hopefully upgrade to 970 in a couple months time)
Yes it would be fine.
Good for the money! by Brookesy
I wanted to game in 1440p and this monitor was the cheapest. My gtx 970 runs most games easily at 2560x1440, the sharpness really makes the difference to games such as far cry 4. However when V sync is enabled there is noticeable input delay. You can play CSGO and competitive games, but you wont have the 'advantage' due to 60hz. My advice is this monitor is worth the money and I am happy, but if your playing competitive games do not enable v-sync.393 of 872 people rated this review as helpful
