Question  Graphics card install by Adam

Bit of a stupid question, but im installing a gigabyte AMD Radeon R9 270X 2GB. It has two 6 pin PCI-E, do I plug the cables from the card into the VGA ports? It's a brand new build, everything else works, but the fans on the card don't spin.
