Question  suitable heatsink by eric

Hi im considering purchasing this board to overclock an i5 2500k and need a heatsink that will fit this board and give me space for the ram bays however i may not need access to all 4 ram bays as I only intend on using 2 4gb corsair vengence sticks in dual channel but if I can use all 4 then all the better.Im willing to spend £30- £40 on the heatsink and only want to overclock to around the 4ghz mark so can you please advise me of a heatsink that will overclock this to around 4ghz,fit the board and give me 2 ram slots available.Thank you
