    Question  8350 overclock by Trickyrich

Hi... I currently have an 8350 cpu and an r9 280x xfx black edition which I'm very happy with... however I bought a cheap mobo that works with my cpu but doesn't allow any over clocking at all... will this mobo be capable of running the cpu at around 4.5ghz? I also have a h100i liquid cooler so cooling won't be an issue... thanks

Answer by shaund on Sunday, November 1, 2015

Yes this motherboard would allow for overclocking to that speed, due to your cooler you might be able to get a little bit more out of it.
