yes that should be compatible , you may need to update the bios on the motherboard to support bulldozer cpus (amd fx)

1) Yes, although you would need to overclock the RAM in the BIOS in order to get it to run at the full MHz speed
2) Should do
3) A quality branded 850W+ PSU (such as 43907) should be grand

how many stick of DDR3 ram does this hold??? 4 or 8?? if so 4 do u sell and 8gb ram to make the 32gb max???

It has 4 DIMM Slots so to get the maximum 32GB RAM, you would need 4*8GB. Please give sales a call if you would like this and if they can sort something out.
