its cheap it does what it says it does with no fault at all.....great way to get a large amount of ram for a great low price...perfect with intel 775's because of their bandwidth...you dont notice much more speed differnce over 800 mhz on 775 intels..prob why they dont support ddr3!!!
very very fast delivery as always from aria
A reply to some questions... by Chris
Hi, I've got dodgy RAM memory in my com atm maybe due to its age but I dont know.
Can I fit this into my gigabyte ga8ipe1000g motherboard?
Thanks in advance
No you can't, the motherboard is DDR400 at most (PC-3200)
----
hi this is my motherboard name msi p4mam-l at the moment im using ddr sdram my question is can i use ddr2 sdram
No, it's DDR only and a maximum of 2gb. DDR200/266 is what it'll take, of course you can put 333/400 in, but it'll only work at 266
----
i think my computer has ddr 3200 mem, will this work in mine?
Check the motherboard, if it's dual DDR/DDR2 (as some are), it might... Chances are it won't
----
What effect will running 4 of these on a XP setup have?
will it ignore everything above 3gb or will it crash on bootup?
POST will see 4GB regardless, so will your bios. If you're running on a 32bit O/S, chances are it'll see 3GB only, maybe 3.5GB. If it's 64bit, it'll see all 4GB. It shouldn't crash on boot (currently running a 32bit O/S with 4GB atm)
