It's compatable with anything with an ethernet port, regardless of OS.

YOu would need to plug this in to the back of a router, and yes the power supply is included.

Here's the answers for your questions:

Does this have bittorrent support?
-No bittorrent support.

Is there 1 gigabit option?
-Not at this time.

Does this device support RAID?
-No RAID support.

Can i plug a USB printer in as well to connect over my network?
-Yes. The manual will provide more information.

Can more than one computer access drives attached through this device over a network at the same time?
-No, only one machine can access the drives at a time.

I know it doesn't specifically say, but is this compatible with Apple Macs?
-No support for Macs at this time.
