I had to go in the bios and change the ROM to Legacy so I dont get a massive long post boot up
Could that to be with the bios needs to be updated

After I installed the new Graphics Card I get a slow boot up and cant access the BIOS it just a black screen and when I put my old Graphics Card back in it fine and boots up fast and can get on the BIOS

I didnt unistall the old ones I just went on Nvidia Experience and it found a new driver and I installed it
You may need to update the bios on your motherboard.
