Yes, but it will only use the smaller of the RAMS, it works on a Master/Slave basis, so you won't get 6Gb of VRAM just the 2Gb.

I really need a bit more info about your Mobo than just a chipset! However I can see most of these use a PCI-e so you should be good to go.

In real terms, what is the advantage of this over the 2gb version?
Will i notice any difference in frame rates in games? is it better at dual screening?
