Once you learn to love it, this 7950OC is a beast by Chris S
Thought I'd add my thoughts on this VTX 7950OC recently bought via Aria on a special (thanks for such a great service and delivery Aria ppl).
Its Fantastic!
But..I was getting weird blue lines/framing when benchmarking this card with Heaven..took me a while to figure out what was going on, so hopefully I can save someone the time to find it out..go into MSI Afterburner and set "Power Limit %" to +20. It seems like the under-clocking settings are too low for this card, but don't let it stop you getting it! Set the Power limit right and this card will amaze you, it must represent the best bang for buck right now. I love the frames this card puts out in such a quiet and pleasing manner..As an upgrade from my trusty XFX 5850 its been a massive performance boost, it also will overclock like a beast..I've not upped the voltages yet, but on stock volts can easy have it running at 1050core/1500vram A great Aria deal with Bio Infinite/Lara/Crysis3. Highly recommend this card, running all the latest games at ultra 1080p, I'm thinking it's time to go to 2ms gaming. 5 Stars

VTX3d? who is it? that was my first thought. As a matter of fact this card is identical to well known PowerColor 7950 PCS+. It is exactly the same card with the same amazing cooler. The only one difference that you can notice is the plastic cooler cover that is red instead of black and has different shape. Here you have some links (if you can speak German ;) if not you can just check pictures ) to compare VTX3D and PowerColor card:

So, you are buying truly amazing card. The factory overclocked core clock is 930MHz NOT 880! Memory 1250MHz (5000MHz effective).
This card scores 6800 in 3DMARK 11 out of the box.
However there is nothing easier to overclock this baby. You can use standard AMD Overdrive or even better MSI Afterburner:
http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm
Please notice that core voltage is unlocked for this card :)
But even with stock voltage (SIC!) and power limit +20% you can easy reach: core 1100MHz and memory 1500MHz (6000MHz!).
That gives you graphics score: 9870 in 3DMARK 11!!!
Wow! this is more that stock: GTX 660TI (7940), GTX670 (8200), GTX680 (8700), GTX 590 (9000), HD 7970 (9100) and even HD6990 (9600)!!
Off course this is an synthetic benchmark and not always reflects performance in games but gives you an idea how powerful this card is.
Temperatures after OC.
Idle: 27C Full Load: 79C. Even on full load fans are running on 20% - 1006RPM and you can not hear them. Amazing!
There nothing more to say just highly recommend this fantastic card.
On the end you can also check some PowerColor reviews:

Great card, However by AFro
I recently ordered this, great card can easily blast through modern games no problem. However it didn't come with tomb raider as show. I've emailed Aria but had no response, the code i got only gave me Bioshock and Crysis
