Advanced technology for cooling the world's fastest CPUs!
Description:If you’re serious about high-performance computing, you already know that you’ve got to keep your PC’s CPU cool. You need something that not only outperforms your CPU’s stock heatsink, but does it quietly.
The Corsair Cooling A70 High-Performance CPU Cooler uses tried-andtrue thermal engineering technology to deliver superior air cooling performance: four 8mm copper heatpipes directly contact your CPU. Clearance? by A
Would I be able to use this cooler with G.Skill Ripjaws or would I encounter clearance issues because of the height?
that memory doesn't seem to be that high so there shouldn't be a problem.

Hi, will this CPU cooler fit onto the LGA 1155 socket type?
Yes :) 1155 is the same physical size as 1156.
Noise Level by Plisskin
Is this fan quieter than the fan that is given with the AMD Phenom II X6 1055T 2.80GHz and if it is, how much quieter is it, as the fan that is included is very loud and I need to replace it. If there is another fan that is worth getting insted of this that is within the same price range then please recomend it.
I'd recommend quick code 40816. It should be able to run the fan at a lower speed than the stock cooler and as such be quieter, yes.
Thermal Compound? by Dan
Does this heatsink come with come thermal compund in the box?
Yes it does come with compound.
Question by Plisskin
