Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 Pro Quiet CPU Cooler
Freezer 13 PRO is hitting its position at the top of the cooler performance charts.
Compatible with Intel LGA1366/1155/1156/775 and AMD FM1/FM2/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2.Freezer 13 PRO is hitting its position at the top of the cooler performance charts. This groundbreaking CPU cooler brings a massive 300 Watts of cooling performance more than enough for all current CPUs. Needless to say, whisper-quiet operation is guaranteed.
Superior in its meticulously engineered mechanism, the Freezer 13 PRO features an ultra-quiet 120 mm PWM-controlled fan with four U-shaped 8mm copper heatpipes for inaudible and massive heat dissipation. Spinning at a rate from 300-1350 RPM, this mega-sized CPU cooler guarantees 300W of maximum cooling capacity.
Utilizing the Cross-Blow technology, the Freezer 13 PRO is equipped with an additional 50 mm PWM-controlled fan at the base of the CPU cooler. This feature is to guide the airflow to cool the Northbridge and voltage regulators. This extra downward blowing fan generates airflow to other chipset parts and thus dramatically lowering the temperature of surrounding components near the CPU.
Featuring unique push pins mounting system, it offers excellent stability and is applicable within seconds. Its fiber reinforced retention module is strong enough take on the heavy weight of the CPU cooler during installation. The pre-applied ARCTIC MX-4 thermal compound facilitates the entire installation process as well.

Excellent by Ashtontog
Just bought one of these and I'm amazed at the performance.
Been having problems with the stock Intel cooler on my I7-930 2.8Gig.
Temps seemed high so I torture tested it with Prime95 and found temps running up to 90c plus.
Read some reviews of this fan and cooling seemed pretty good so bought one.
Fitting pretty easy to do, no need to remove the board as some other coolers. Looks like it fits about all the latest sockets too.
The big plus is it now idles at 33c down from 45c and torture tested at 100% cpu at 60c down from 90+
Well worth it.
Does a good job! by bodgeup
got this arctic cooler 13 pro to replace the stock cooler on my I7-950 @ 3.2Ghz, the stock was overheating under load so had to replace. This has reduced my idle down to 50C but its also running at 100% to achieve this which is 1350rpm. But under heavy load ive found a barely hit 70C even when the fan is already at max, this must be down to the design and size of the Heatsink. So its made my PC better so i would recommend it for the price, also its easy to fit and u don need to remove the motherboard to do it. But if i had a newer CPU i may have gone for a newer model of cpu fan but this was one of the last that support 1366.
One thing i will say is check you Case will accommodate this as you really don't appreciate just how big this is until u get it! and boy its big!
