The Core 1000 brings many features usually only seen in more expensive and larger cases. It supports long graphics cards up to 350mm due to the innovative, vertical and removable HDD mounting bracket. The front panel is also easily removable and pre-fitted with fan filters to ensure a dust free interior. The sleek black interior is matched and contrasted with white expansion slots. It is similar to the Define Series in that all the HDD trays are fitted with anti-vibration silicon grommets for optimal silence.

Bargain Case by Chris
This is a great budget case for anyone looking for a sleek, plain nothing flashy case, fractal are well known for their great cases, the problems I found, when taking out the front bezel to make room for a DVD drive, the metal which is bent inward keeping the filters in place are ridiculously sharp, I manage to make a mess of my carpet in figuring out if they were screwed in or not, using brute force and ignorance, :) not the best idea, btw no screws they just push out, but BE CAREFUL!
The paint job on mine wasn't to best of standard, on the inside of the side panel the paint had bled, and dribbled down the side and dried out, must of slipped through quality control, not particularly bothered as its on the inside.
The hard drives mount sideways, which is different but makes cabling a dream as its all hidden and easily accessible by just 3 thumb screws, everything I had in for this build fit perfect, albeit the graphics card was a little long (Nvidia 460GTS) and with a standard size 2TB HDD mounted on the bottom of the bracket, there was literally around a 1-2mm gap between the graphics card PCB and the top of the hard drive. Very close indeed.
The fan on the front of the chassis isn't the best, to put things into perspective, it is the loudest fan in my system, and alongside a budget motherboard there is limitation to control the speed it runs at. A speed controller or a better quality fan is advised.
So all in all a great buy for £30, really can't go wrong, it looks the part and has that quality edge of many competitors don't, perhaps with the lack of attention to detail but hey, £30, the price is amazing.
The customer service I hear is unbeatable, and little touches like a nice sealed box with all your bits n bobs, not a resealable bag taped inside somewhere. All makes it a better case to choose.
Cheers

Great value! by Dom
This is an excellent low profile case. I cannot stress enough how great value this is for the features you get.
fitting all your components is a breeze however it can be a squeeze at times working in such a small case. The case fan is not the quietest but it gets the job done an creates excellent airflow. I have experienced some problems with the front audio connections but i suspect this is due to my drivers and not the case.
Overall this case is a great buy and is a must have for any budget system!!!
Excellent little case by Stimcity
Firstly, you must remember that this is a budget case for Mini-ATX / ITX boards.
To get perfect cable routing you'd need to glue gun or stick some cable ties in place but I've found that the old trick of hiding unwanted cables in the unused 5.25 tray works well.
In fact I had not problem building this up for my wife as her new games rig for Mass Effect 3 / SWOTR. I bought an extra 92mm fan for the back and overall the case is fairly quiet.
It certainly looks of a much higher quality that it's price indicates and also was well finished internally.
5 stars for overall quality at this price point.
