This is **expletive deleted**, I had this ordered last night and your crappy site interface wouldn't accept payment, and now you've taken it off Super Specials. Not impressed at all.
If you give our sales team a call they can probably help you out if you missed the deal. We're not aware of any problems with the payment mechanisms, if you could forward details of your issue to [email protected] we can investigate.
i3 to i5 by daz
do i need to reinstall win xp if put in a i5 1156 cpu?
ive got a i3 1156 cpu in now.
You shouldn't have to reinstall, however it's possible that you may need to reactivate your software licence with Microsoft as the licence keys are 'bound' to hardware on install - I'm not certain if just changing the CPU will trigger this, but it's possible. Should that happen though there's a fairly simple automated phone system for the process.
