Unfortunately not, this is just the tower, you will need to purchase a copy of windows separately.

A friends PC died so I got him to order from Aria [company been around many years] the Gladiator AMD 350 and I put the software on including XP pro.
He does usual home stuff no gaming or vid edit.
It is a flyer! amazing.
Nice case, top brand Gigabyte mobo. Crucial Balistix ram, how cool is that! Hitachi HDD and so on. All top quality components in a budget computer?
Aria has something to be proud of.
The AMD cpu & graphics combo is brill. Not to be underestimated.
I and the friend will be recommending Aria to everyone.

Value PC (bit noisy) by Adam
I bought this for a neighbour who's old PC died. Installed 64b Windows7, totally straightforward build.
The result is a perfectly usable PC for browsing, email and light games (online, and older stuff).
I would give it 5 stars but the PSU is very noisy.
