Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available for your order. Please note that with the exception of Cleared funds all other methods are dependent upon having an account with Aria. Accounts are available to Trade and Corporate customers as well as Educational establishments. To apply for an account please contact our accounts department.

Cleared funds (CLRD) means that your funds need to have cleared before the goods can be released. Payment is received most commonly through credit/debit card payment before the good are dispatched to you via our courier. If you are visiting our shop we accept cash as well as cleared funds. The following methods of payment and surcharges apply:

If paying by cheque, please allow 10 (ten) working days for clearance (we will still insist on 10 days even if the funds appear to have cleared your account earlier) and write your quotation or order reference and name and address on the reverse.

* Please note that any payments that fail to clear will be subject to an administration charge. Credit Card Surcharges only apply to orders placed over the telephone and at our sales counter. Orders placed over the internet do not incur any surcharges. Cheques paid at our sales counter may be subject to a Transax surcharge
