Ordering Information

Aria Technology limited currently offers a number of methods for placing an order. For the easiest and most convenient way to purchase computer components use our secure website at aria.co.uk. Our website offers up to date pricing and stock levels with the convenience of fully secure online ordering and up to date comprehensive product information.

If the web site is too impersonal for you we have a large and fully trained mail order team waiting for your telephone call - Or, if you live locally, call in at our sales counter in Manchester.

When using faxed or e-mail orders please provide a telephone number where you can be contacted before 6pm to discuss alternatives for any stock or payment queries.

Aria has a minimum order value of £5.00 ex. V.A.T. and delivery and any orders that fall below this will incur a £5.00 charge to cover the cost of administration.

We endeavour to ensure all orders placed by 4.30pm are delivered next day. However, please place your order as early as possible to ensure next-day delivery. Additional delivery options are available - please see the logistics section.

Security

Due to the increasing amount of attempted fraud with computer companies it is necessary for us to undertake security checks on customers placing their first order. You may be requested to provide proof of identity and residence prior to your order being processed. We aim to minimise any disruption to customers and ensure that your experience of purchasing from Aria is simple and efficient.

Cancellation / Amendments

We regret that once orders have been received by Aria, they cannot be changed. Any amendments or additions will be treated as separate orders and will therefore incur any standard minimum order and delivery charges.
