Delivery Information
About our couriers
Our chosen courier is City Link, one of the largest and most successful express delivery companies in the UK. With an expanding network of over 70 branches throughout the UK, City Link enables us to reach more of our customers.
City Link offers a door-to-door service and will attempt to deliver to your chosen address on two consecutive occasions before holding the consignment at a local depot for five working days awaiting your collection. The service is insured and so must be signed for at the delivery address specified on the invoice.
City Link's normal delivery hours are between 09:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise specified. However, we are pleased to be able to offer our customers a wider choice of timed delivery options, including deliveries guaranteed to arrive before 7.00am, 9.00am, and 10.30am.
Our delivery options
We offer a range of delivery options:

City Link Standard - Next Day Delivery
We will always endeavour to despatch your order the same day, providing we receive your order by 5pm and our security checks are satisfactory. Any orders received after 5pm will be despatched the following day. Orders sent by this route typically take one working day to arrive. -
City Link High Priority
We can guarantee next day delivery for a small additional fee*:- £4 for orders placed before 4pm
- £6 for orders placed up to 5pm
- £12 for those up to 5.55pm

City Link Saturday
For those who would like their order delivered on Saturday, we offer a Saturday delivery service, providing you place your order before 4pm on Friday. -
Same Day Delivery
For items you want as quickly as possible, we are able to offer a same day delivery service, provided you place your order before 12 noon and our security checks are satisfactory. Same day delivery is available Monday to Friday for delivery addresses in and around the Manchester area (click here for postcode areas). If you would like to discuss same day delivery options to an address outside our usual area, then please contact our Customer Services Team. -
Royal Mail
For smaller items, we are able to offer delivery via the Royal Mail at a slightly lower cost. Delivery may take up to five working days. -
Timed Deliveries
If time is of an essence, you may like to select one of our "time of day" options which includes Morning AM, Afternoon PM, before 10.30AM, before 9.00AM, and before 7.00AM. These options are available for orders placed before 4pm for orders to be delivered Monday to Friday.
Orders including PC Systems are normally despatched within 3-5 working days and attract a delivery surcharge of £9.00 (£13.00 for deliveries to Eire). If you can't wait, we offer an Express System-Building Service with a range of pre-midday delivery options are available at extra cost (see "Timed Deliveries")

Mainland UK
Our City Link Standard delivery charge applies to parcels with a delivery address in mainland UK.
Online carriage from £6.95+VAT
Telephone orders from £8.95+VAT
Certain items may attract an additional carriage charge which will be automatically calculated at checkout.
For parcels that are not being delivered in mainland UK, an additional charge will be applied.
Customers inside the London Congestion Zone will be charged £1 extra on all courier delivery options to cover the congestion charge.
Unfortunately once an order has been confirmed at the end of the checkout stage no amendments to the carriage price or type can be made.
We endeavour to despatch all orders received before 4.00pm on the same day. On our Standard service, these orders will be delivered next day by our couriers, however next day delivery is not guaranteed.
If you require guaranteed next day delivery on your order, then our High Priority service is available for an additional charge of £4.00 for orders placed by 4pm (increasing to £6.00 for orders placed by 5pm and to £12 for orders until 5:55pm) Monday to Thursday.

Northern Ireland
Deliveries to Northern Ireland are charged at our standard carriage rate plus £5.00. -
Eire
Deliveries to Eire are charged at £26.95 for up to 5 kg. For parcels weighing above 5 kg, there is an additional charge of £2.30 per kg. -
Offshore Islands
Deliveries to an offshore island will incur a surcharge on the Standard or High Priority Services, as indicated below:Isle of Man: £5.00 Isles of Scilly: £5.00 Scottish Islands: £10.00 Channel Islands: £5.00 Isle of Wight: £5.00

Receiving your order
The City Link driver must get a signature before he can go so please check the packaging and contents carefully first. If any of your parcels are missing or damaged please specify this on the delivery note when you sign for the goods. Once you have done this please call one of our Customer Service Advisors on 0844 999 8 999 and inform them, they will then arrange for a return and replacement to be sent. Please keep any boxes that the products are supplied in for two weeks following delivery in case you need to return the product.
If you have any problems with your delivery or goods you must notify our Customer Services Department within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Some common queries

City Link left me a card
If you have received a card for the attempted delivery of your order, your parcel will be taken to a local City Link depot awaiting your collection. If you do not collect the parcel within 5 working days or by the time specified, the parcel will be sent back to ourselves where it will go through the normal returns procedures. We will then refund you for the value of the goods only. This process can take up to 28 days to complete. -
City Link have told me they can't find my parcel
Please call our Customer Services on 0844 999 8 999 and tell us exactly what City Link have told you. We may arrange to send you out another batch of goods whilst we resolve the problem with our courier. -
Can I redirect my order to another address?
Yes, but we must receive verification of your identity beforehand. This may be a copy of your driving license, passport, utility bill or bank/credit card statement. You may fax this to (0161) 248 1615, stating your order number and the new delivery address.
There will be a charge for this service.
Should you wish to redirect your parcel, please call Aria Customer Services on 0844 999 8 999 in the first instance. Please have your payment details to hand. -
I have only received part of my order, where is the rest?
If your order consists of more than one box, it is very possible that it will simply arrive in another City Link van. We would advise you to wait until the end of the day for the rest of the consignment to arrive. If you have still not received it by the end of the day, please contact your local City Link depot first. Should City Link confirm that the whole consignment has been delivered, please contact one of our Customer Service Advisors on 0844 999 8 999 so we may investigate the situation for you.
