If you buy this you're getting a CD with Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 and a OEM licenece key for 3 machines (thats 3 different pcs).
WHen you first install / use this key the license is registered and starts to count down, i.e. one year from when you first use the license, (first install).
You can then use the license on three other machines.
I bought this and then used the licnse key to update all three of my machiens to Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 using the same license key.
So to clarify you can buy this OEM CD/key for Internet Security 2009, and just download Internet Security 2010 from Kaspersky's site and use the license with that.
It's a very cheap way to get a Kasperksy Internet Security 2010 3 user license - £17 compared to £40 which kasperksy are asking for directly through their site.

If Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 is installed on your computer and you would like to upgrade to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010, you should do the following:
Download the product distributive version 2010 from the Kaspersky Lab�s official site http://www.kaspersky.com/productupdates
Run the downloaded file
Follow the instructions of the Setup Wizard
Restart your computer
When version 2010 is installed �on top� of version 2009 the following data are automatically saved and relocated to the new version:

Anti-Spam databases.

As far as were are lead to believe this product is the FULL Version.Kaspersky OEM Versions by big paul
As the is a FULL OEM version the only limition is:-
You cannot use the free update to the latest version when it comes out in mid-August. Source Kaspersky Support.
But that does not matter if you buy and renew your licence in early September, you will still be using the lastest version within 30 days of release.Kapersky IS 2009 by Big paul
