would this memory be compatable with a dell precision 690 model DCDO A:10/5 OA

The PDF spec document below specifies DDR2 667MHZ Ram (such as this) is fine, so assuming that is your model this RAM should work:

While I cannot guarantee compatibility, this ram should be fine in the ACER Veriton M464.
