Answer by shaund on Friday, June 12, 2015
Hi Andy,

It doesn't look like this CPU has been on Super Special since the end of April & it is unlikely we will have it on there any time soon, however we are still the cheapest in the UK for this processor!

Question  Chipset by Sam Flinders

Which chipsets does this CPU work with? I am hoping to run with an Asus ROG Maximus VII Gene z97 board. Also how much power does this take up and can you tell me some CPU coolers that would be sufficient?

Thanks in Advance

Answer by samuelm on Wednesday, October 29, 2014
It requires a 1150 socket, the TDP is 84W. The cooler included with the CPU is fine for general use, if you intend to overclock you would need to use an after market cooler.
