Description:

The new 400 Watt StealthXStream Power Supply offers a sufficient source of power for mainstream gaming PCs. The 400W edition features the same understated look as its predecessors with a sleek black case and unlit fan for the value-conscious consumer seeking effective, quiet performance.

Ideal for gamers and system builders who prefer a straight-forward, value-mined PSU, the StealthXStream focuses on performance, quality, and quiet operation. The 400W configuration provides the necessary power for mainstream gaming systems and desktop computing setups, ensuring you won't pay extra for a higher wattage unit that a mainstream system does not require. Even at peak loads the 400W StealthXStream remains virtually silent and excludes flashy LEDs, ensuring the power supply is not seen or heard.

The StealthXStream is kept supremely cool with a large 140mm fan and features a standard ATX power supply form factor to accommodate virtually all computer towers. With a sustained output of 400W the StealthXStream is well-suited for and driving today's midrange systems. The rock solid StealthXStream is built to provide sufficient output to power entry level graphics platforms, including with a single PCI-Express connector and a 4-pin CPU auxiliary connector, all wrapped in a flexible mesh promoting a tidy environment inside the case.

The OCZ StealthXStream provides Universal Input and Active PFC (Power Factor Correction) to effectively regulate input voltage across worldwide power grids and maintain an economical, yet stable supply of power.

All OCZ StealthXStream power supplies come backed with an industry-leading three year OCZ PowerSwap Warranty for the ultimate peace of mind.

Question  Upgrading PSU for HD 3850 by Fallout3 Kills Older Graphics Cards

Hi, I've got an old dell 8300 - 3ghz p4HT, sata drive, ide drive, 2 optical drives - currently on the original 250 watt PSU. Recently bought fallout 3 which fried my x800gto! Upgrading to HD 3850 now, do you know if this PSU would be suitable for my system? (comfortable with modding dell case if necessary) Thanks.

While I cannot guarantee compatibility, you should be fine with this PSU.
