I was thinking of buying the asrock p43de mobo from here and just noticed this one, is it a lot better than the p43de and whats the difference with the intel chipsets? because this is a p35 and other is p43? what would you recommend? thanks

I'd recommend going with the Asrock P43DE. There isn't that much of a difference between the two different chipsets.

According to the Asrock CPU support list, the E8400 is supported. Please make sure you are running bios P1.40 first.
