Most newer Z68/P67 boards should, architecturally they saught to be compatible, it will be a matter of whether or not the manufacturers provide BIOS update support (some already have IV bios updates available).

2 x SATA 6Gb/s connectors (SATA3_0, SATA3_1) supporting up to 2 SATA 6Gb/s devices
4 x SATA 3Gb/s connectors (SATA2_2~SATA2_5) supporting up to 4 SATA 3Gb/s devices
Marvell 88SE9128 chip:
2 x eSATA 6Gb/s connectors (eSATA/USB Combo) on the back panel supporting up to 2 SATA 6Gb/s devices

and here in the website you are advertising this model : Gigabyte GA-Z68X-Ud5 (rev. B3).
Could you explain why is that please.

Im wondering if i can run my exisiting ram on this motherboard G.Skill 1600 mhz ddr 3 1600 PC3-12800 CL8D -8-8-24 1.6v with this board and also would i be able to use my H70 corsair on this board also?
