Question  Asus P8P67 Pro by Tripswitch

Will this memory work with quick code 43854?
If not anything else for this kind of price you could recommend even if only 4gb.
Thsnks in advance, and brilliant site.

Answer by andrewn on Wednesday, May 4, 2011
Should work fine, although obviously this is a triple channel kit, and that's a dual-channel board, so one of the sticks of RAM would be running in 'unganged' mode (not really a major issue though). And thanks :)

Question  Memory by Phil

Would the Mushkin 6Gb #998946 (1600 Mhz) and 998768 (1333Mhz)work with the Asus M4A87TD/USB3 and a Athlon X2 Dual core 265.

Answer by thomasy on Wednesday, April 27, 2011
Yes this should be fine but the RAM will run at the lowest speed because you are using two different RAM at different speeds. The RAM which runs at 1600Mhz will go down to 1333Mhz.
