While I cannot guarantee compatibility, this ram should be fine with the Asrock G31M-S.

Buffered or Un Buffered by GaryS74

Hi, i have an Asrock ConRoe1333-DVI/H motherboard that according to the manual will only take "Un-Buffered" memory. Can you tell me if this memory is compatible with that board?

My motherboard can only suport single sided RAM for 4Gb becuase of the chipset.
