I have a standard Dell Dimension 5100 with 512mb ram incorporated. Is this usable and if so is it easy to fit myself. Sorry to sound like an idiot. Thanks
Hi Si, not sure what you mean by "incorporated", ram is not usually in build, but slotted in. Best bet is to have a look at the markings on the side of the memory currently in your system and get back to us, and we can make a suggestion for you :)

I've bought Elixir memory several times before, not out of choice but just 'cos it was there/cheap. Great stuff, always worked with every mobo I shoved it in, always worked with other modules from other manufacturers too - never any problems, never failed. Will be getting some of these for an AMD 939 system I'm building for a pal. I recommend you do too :)

Although I don't know the difference, I have to ask - is this an ECC or non-ECC memory? It's just that my motherboard seems to preffer the latter type. Thanks, Dimitris
It is non-ECC i have altered the description for you
