While I cannot guarantee compatibility, this HDD should be fine with the Gigabyte P55-UD3.

 Works in Samsung SKYHD box by PAodin

Great drive and works in Samsung SKYHD box. Use Hitachi AAM tool v 2.07 (use google to find it) to make the drive in-audible.

Your MSI P45 Neo-F has SATA2 ports, so while I can't guarantee compatibility, this HDD should be fine with the MSI P45 Neo-F.
