Description:

Fully unified shader core dynamically allocates processing power to geometry, vertex, physics, or pixel shading operations, delivering up to 2x the gaming performance of prior generation GPUs. Massively multi-threaded architecture supports thousands of independent, simultaneous threads, providing extreme processing efficiency in advanced, next generation shader programs. Advanced shader processors architected for physics computation enable a new level of physics effects to be simulated and rendered on the GPU—all while freeing the CPU to run the game engine and artificial intelligence (AI).

Question  will it run by devilstorm

will this card run crysis on high mode?

Answer by paulc on Saturday, April 12, 2008
It depends on the resolution you run it at. At 1280x1024, the card should be fine running on high, although there are other factors to consider in a game such as Crysis, i.e. CPU spec.

Hi i am looking to install one of these in a MSI P35 Platinum Motherboard , and i would also like to fit a Zalman VF1000 LED Graphics Card Cooler . Could you please tell me if this would be ok . Regards Steve .

Response by paulc
Yes, this should be fine. When fitting the heatsink you WILL also need to fit the Zalman ZM-RHS88 RAM heatsinks first

Question  Power Supply by Twisted

What power supply do you need to run one of these? I've got 500W.

Answer by paulc on Friday, March 14, 2008
You will need a branded power supply. Try any of the 500W+ gaming ones as these usually come with sufficient cooling and cables.
