phenom 11 x4 black ed.
ocz mod extream 700w

can i buy 2 of these cards and expect them to work in crossfire or is it more complex than that?

You shouldn't have any problems running crossfire with 2 of these on the Asus Crosshair motherboard.

While I cannot guarantee compatibility, this card should be fine in the MSI K9 Neo V3. As for a PSU, i would recommend #37544.
