While I cannot guarantee compatibility, this graphics card should be fine in the MSI P45 Neo-F.

Bought this card few days ago to play Crysis and latest games and buy all means it plays them all settings on high on crysis and no lag what so ever. I would truly recommend this gpu to anyone and aria online price is unbeatable £114 quick delivery again. The only true problem it is hard to finders drivers for 64 bit vista apart from that worth the money. The temps am running at are 52 degrees while playing crysis and idle temp of 38.
