700w power supply

Answer by joshb on Tuesday, May 1, 2012
Those temperatures are fine, you'd need to be reaching 100C for it to be dangerous/classed as overheating.

power supply in sli by sli

Would 2 of these in sli run on a good 500w power supply??

Response by joebe
I would go with 600w+ for any sli set-up just for peice of mind and future proofing your computer.

 Excellent card by alice

Bought this card last week and have to say it,s terrific value for money. Bf3 on high settings looks and plays great,Skyrim is awesome on it and Im using an average kind of system, not a high end gaming rig. The Asus card performs really well and comes with some nice monitoring software, it runs at a coolish temperature as well, 4 hours on bf3 and it never got higher than 55 degrees celsius, idle it sits between the 35 - 40 mark. Im very impressed with it and would certainly recommend.

Note. If you keep the smart doctor setting on auto, the fan is quiet BUT if you enable the smart cooling the fan is VERY loud. With the temps sitting as they are I dont need the smart cooling as the auto is more than sufficient.

Ps. Ordered at 9pm Sunday, Arrived (Northern Ireland) Tuesday afternoon, great work Aria!
