Try usbman.com for drivers. They carry most drivers inc ALi drivers.

Havnt bought this card yet due to the problems listed below, i would be interested if this helps anyone...

If its of any interest to anyone you can use this in G4 Mac with a driver (OSX only) from "http://www.viaarena.com/default.aspx?PageID=420&OSID=23&CatID=2470&SubCatID=122"

I've just checked this page to see if anyone else was having a similar problem - seems I'm not alone. I bought one of these USB 2.0 PCI cards to add a few more ports to my PC. Windows installs it but the chipset is identified as ALi and the driver CD contains ViA drivers. Why? I dunno - that's what came in the sealed package. The result is it only operates as a USB 1.1 card and I can't plug any drives into it. Any idea where I can get ALi drivers from or should I just go and buy another card - I chucked the packaging on the day I got it so can't send it back anyhow.

Hi Mark Hardie, Yes, I'm having the same problem - just received the product today. I've tried the card in a few ports (it is a 4 external ports type) and it causes the system to not even show the bios screens on switch on. I've removed all other cards except vga and got nowhere!

thats very odd - I put one of these in an old machine and it seemed to be a bit fussy with regards to the PCI slot it gets put in. I had success with Slots 2 and 5...
