I would suggest going with a bigger case for you motherboard. The 230T is quite popular: http://www.aria.co.uk/Products?search=230t&x=0&y=0
This PSU: http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/Modular+650W+or+less/500W+Corsair+Builder+Series+CX500M+80PLUS+Bronze+Modular+Power+Supply+?productId=53655 would suit you fine.
